It’s happening, according to multiple sources.
We’re hearing from sources familiar with the matter that Apple will be making a number of Beats headphones available starting next year, with the announcement likely coming later this month.
Beats headphones are set to hit the Apple App Store, but we’re hearing they will also be available on other platforms including Amazon and Microsoft’s Xbox.
The rumored Apple Appstore is a relatively recent development for Apple, and there are no details on its contents.
There’s no word yet on what price the Beats headphones will be priced at, but AppleInsider is hearing the headphones will likely cost between $50 and $75, with a slightly lower price tag for the Beats Pro headphones.
We have reached out to Apple for comment, but have not yet received a response.
